How is shipping cost calculated?

We offer flat rate shipping based upon your location. International customers may also avail of expedited shipping options.

Can you Ship to APO/DPO/FPO Military addresses?

Absolutely! We are proud to support all branches of the US Military.

A few specifics to keep in mind:

  • Please write the service member’s full name in the order.
  • Order tracking outside of the USA may be unreliable or missing due to factors outside of USPS control (inspections/other delays etc).

If you encounter any issues placing a military order, PLEASE get in touch with us.. we want to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Which carrier do you use to ship?

We currently use USPS to ship.

When do you mail out?

If you place your order on a weekday (M-F), your order will typically be processed in 2 business days. After processing, please allow 3 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Depending on your location, delivery will occur between 2-5 business days (domestic orders), and between 5-15 business days (international orders). Exceptions apply if a product is on back-order, which will be duly noted on the product page.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we process an order in our warehouse, we generate a tracking number. When this number is created, it will show up under the specific order in your account screen located [here].
Please keep in mind, there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

Where's my order?!?

Most domestic orders are fulfilled within 72 hours from order receipt. Add an additional 2-5 business days to account for transit to your mailbox.
